This is suitable for those who have done hypnobirthing before or couples who have already experienced birth, with having learned the hypnobirthing techniques.

This class includes everything you need to know about how to prepare for labour. We teach you the simple and effective hypnobirthing techniques and provide you with relaxation scripts to practice during pregnancy. The Refresher Hypnobirthing programme last up to 4 hours and also includes phone/email support right up until the birth of your baby.
