Private Hypnobirthing Classes - being in a group is not for everyone

Private Hypnobirthing Course - £395

This programme will include 10- 12 hours of teaching time. You will also receive
1) The Katharine Graves Hypnobirthing Book
2) Colour & Calmness relaxation relaxation tracks
3) Handouts that support the lesson plans 
4) Support by phone/email up until the birth of your baby.

This is aimed at couples who would prefer to do the programme by themselves. These classes are on dates and times to suit your busy lives. The material covered is the same as the Group Hypnobirthing Programme.

Private classes are held in Romford.
